Abstract:
Aiming at the problems such as poor adaptability of hydraulic supports, mismatched roof support pressure, complex surrounding rock control performance and others in dwonhole tunneling working faces of Meiyukou Mine of Jinneng Holdings,a study is conducted on the adaptive control technology of hydraulic supports and surrounding rock in tunneling working faces.Combined with the overview of the coal mine well field and the surrounding rock characteristics,a fuzzy control theory is adopted to propose an adaptive control method suitable for downhole surrounding rock and hydraulic supports in coal mines.Through the fuzzy controller, the surrounding rock properties and the hydraulic support key parameters are automatically matched. After conducting on-site application and debugging in Meiyukou Mine of Jinneng Holdings,it is showed that adaptive control technology can adapt to external load fluctuations by adjusting the opening pressure value of safety valves, automatically match the support performance of hydraulic supports according to the surrounding rock properties,so as to achieve the optimal support state, which is of great significance to ensure the support reliability and safety of hydraulic supports, and to ensure the stability of coal mining working faces in coal mines. This can provide theoretical reference for carrying out unmanned and intelligentization of equipment in tunneling coal mining working faces in the later stage.
