Abstract: The application of explosion-proof type lithium battery monorail cranes in downhole of coal mines is becoming increasingly popular.In order to prevent the occurrence of coal mine lithium battery fire accidents,the current situation of fire risk safety management of lithium battery monorail cranes in more than 10 coal mines in Shandong Province is taken as the research object.The fire characteristics of coal mine lithium battery monorail cranes are analyzed,and six unsafe factors including battery quality,charging and discharging,improper use,external environment,management loopholes and so on are determined.Six aspects of safety management countermeasures are proposed,including technical design,purchase acceptance,charging and discharging management,safety management system,advanced technical device,emergency handling and others.The fire risk management and control measures for lithium battery monorail cranes are widely applied in coal mines of Shandong,and achieve good management and control effects.
