双柱四连杆掩护式液压支架与围岩动态控制技术研究

Research on Double Column Four Bar Linkage Shield Type Hydraulic Support and Surrounding Rock Dynamic Control Technology

  • 摘要: 针对晋能控股燕子山煤矿井下液压支架与围岩的适应性较差、动态适应性较差、支护安全性不足等问题,对液压支架结构组成和控制要求进行分析,提出了基于变论域模糊控制理论的液压支架与围岩动态适应控制技术,将围岩参数与液压支架支护顶板强度和刚度自适应和匹配,大大提高煤矿井下围岩支护安全性和稳定性。在晋能控股燕子山煤矿井下ZY9200/25/50D双柱四连杆掩护式液压支架上进行硬件安装测试,调试结果表明:围岩动态控制技术可准确获取液压支架的状态信息,可根据外部围岩性质的改变自动调节液压支架的顶板压力、自动平衡千斤顶压力,调定压力误差值仅为2.87%,取得了满意的应用效果,验证了围岩自适应控制技术的优势,保证煤矿井下工作面的安全可靠。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems such as relatively poor adaptability,poor dynamic adaptability,insufficient support safety and others of downhole hydraulic supports and surrounding rocks in Yanzishan Coal Mine of Jinneng Holdings,an analysis is conducted on the structural composition and control requirements of hydraulic supports.A dynamic adaptive control technology for hydraulic supports and surrounding rocks based on variable domain fuzzy control theory is proposed,which adapts and matches the surrounding rock parameters with the strength and stiffness of the support roof of hydraulic supports,greatly improving the safety and stability of downhole surrounding rock support in coal mines.Hardware and installation tests are conducted on the downhole ZY9200/25/50D double column four bar linkage shield type hydraulic support in Yanzishan Coal Mine of Jinneng Holdings.The debugging results show that the surrounding rock dynamic control technology can accurately obtain the status information of the hydraulic support,and can automatically adjust the roof pressure and balance the jack pressure of the hydraulic support according to changes in the external surrounding rock properties.The set pressure error value is only 2.87%,which achieves satisfactory application effects and verifies the advantages of the surrounding rock adaptive control technology,ensuring the safety and reliability of downhole working faces in coal mines.
