Abstract:
In view of the problem of large cross-sectional dimensions,roadway roof and side corner are prone to deformation,and difficulty in support after expanding and brushing,taking the 2302 fully mechanized caving face open-off cut of Heilong Coal Industry as the engineering background,an open-off cut construction process is proposed,which involves first conducting first excavating and supporting of the working face open-off cut,and then conducting the second expanding and brushing.Using numerical simulation software,analyze the high stress area of the roadway,and adopt joint support technology for the high stress and large deformation open-off cut roof and side corner.At the same time,the deformation amount of the roadway is monitored,and its deformation amount is maintained within the allowable range.
