综采工作面回撤顶板支护技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Withdrawal Roof Support Technology for Fully Mechanized Mining Face

  • 摘要: 白芨沟煤矿为分层开采综采工作面,支架回撤过程中易出现扇形面撕破顶网发生漏矸等现象,不利于安全管理,支架回撤效率低,劳动强度高。在0102203综采工作面进行了“4台基本支架作为掩护支架+“一梁三柱”走向抬棚支护顶板”技术方案实践应用。结果表明:顶板得到有效的控制,支架回撤仅用9 d完成,节省费用12万元,大幅度提高支架回撤效率,降低了安全风险,很大程度上减轻了作业人员的劳动强度,安全经济效益显著。

     

    Abstract: Baijigou Coal Mine is a fully mechanized mining face with layered mining.During the process of bracket withdrawal,it is easy to occur phenomena such as fan-shaped surface tearing the top net,leakage of gangue and others,which is not conducive to safety management.The efficiency of bracket withdrawal is low and the labor intensity is high.The practical application of the technical scheme of "4 basic brackets as shield brackets+" one beam and three columns "directional lifting shed support roof" is carried out in the 0102203 fully mechanized mining face.The results show that the roof is effectively controlled,and the bracket withdrawal is completed in only 9 days,saving 120 000 yuan in costs,significantly improving the efficiency of bracket withdrawal,reducing safety risks,reducing the labor intensity of operators in a large degree,and the safety and economic benefits are significant.
