赵楼煤矿智能化综采工作面关键技术的应用研究

Application Research on Key Technologies of Intelligentization Fully Mechanized Mining Face in Zhaolou Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 针对赵楼煤矿综采工作面在生产效率、劳动强度及安全保障方面存在问题,以7301工作面为对象,应用远距离供电供液、新型迈步自移式列车、单轨吊式电缆收放落地装置等关键智能化技术,构建了智能化采煤工艺。远距离供电供液实现长距离高负荷运行,迈步自移式列车提高设备集中管理与运输效率,单轨吊式电缆收放落地装置降低了劳动强度,采煤机视频随动系统实现割煤全过程视频监视,工作面“三机”自动调速技术提高设备协同效率;人员接近与智能润滑系统降低安全事故率和设备故障率;通信联络系统强化生产调度与预警能力。应用结果表明,矿井生产效率提高20%以上,减员40%,安全事件发生率下降65%,实现了生产效率提升、节能降耗优化和安全保障增强,为煤矿智能化改造提供了实践依据。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the existing problems in aspects of production efficiency,labor intensity,and security guarantee in the fully mechanized mining face of Zhaolou Coal Mine,taking the 7301 working face as the object,the intelligent coal mining technology has been constructed by applying key intelligent technologies such as remote power supply and liquid supply,new walking self moving train,monorail hanging cable landing device,etc.Long distance and remote power supply and liquid supply realize long-distance and high load operation,step by step self moving train improves equipment centralized management and transportation efficiency,monorail hanging cable landing device reduces labor intensity,shearer video servo system realizes video monitoring of the whole process of coal cutting,and "three machines" automatic speed regulation technology of working face improves equipment coordination efficiency;Personnel access and intelligent lubrication system reduce safety accident rate and equipment failure rate;The communication and liaison system strengthens the production scheduling and early warning capabilities.The application results show that the production efficiency of the mine is increased by more than 20%,the number of staff is reduced by 40%,and the occurrence rate of safety incidents is reduced by 65%.The overall improvement of production efficiency,energy conservation and consumption reduction,and safety assurance is achieved,which provides a practical basis for the intelligent transformation of coal mines.
