Abstract:
Mine used smoke sensors are one of the important equipment for monitoring the precursory characteristics of coal mine roadway fires.Due to the increasingly complex electromagnetic environment in mine roadways, the anti-interference ability of mine used smoke sensor detection data is challenged.A design method for mine used smoke sensors using anti-interference technology is proposed, which adopts anti-interference hardware design and anti-interference software processing methods.A mine used smoke sensor based on anti-interference technology is designed;Through comparative verification of electrical fast transient pulse group immunity test and radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity test. The results show that this design method can effectively avoid false alarms of sensors, improve the working stability of sensors, provide reliable perception data for coal mine safety monitoring systems, and is of great significance for ensuring coal mine production safety and improving production efficiency.
