Abstract:
In response to the existing problems of high worker labor intensity, high danger coefficient, relatively high labor cost and so on in close distance operation of the cantilever type roadheader in Meiyukou Coal Mine,a remote visualization operation and control system scheme for coal mine roadheaders is proposed by adopting a fusion of sensing detection technology and machine vision positioning technology. The system is equipped with industrial cameras, base stations, and sensors on the vehicle body to achieve on-line monitoring of position signals and motion status of the roadheaders. The data transmission between the downhole roadheader and the upper computer is established through industrial Ethernet to achieve visualization on-line operation and maintenance of operation status of the roadheaders. The results show that the key technologies of the roadheader remote visualization operation achieve on-line monitoring and automatic adjustment feedback of the roadheader’s posture. The displacement signals of the roadheader and the temperature information of key parts are visually displayed in the upper computer, greatly improving the efficiency of equipment operation and maintenance, reducing the labor intensity of workers, and achieving satisfactory application effects.
