深部高应力软岩巷道锚架注修复加固技术研究与实践

Research and Practice on Anchor Rack Injection Repair and Reinforcement Technology for Deep High Stress Soft Rock Roadway

  • 摘要: 针对陈四楼煤矿深部采区矿压显现明显,巷道变形量大、维护困难,难以满足安全生产需要等问题,对九采区泵房的巷道层位、围岩条件、抗压强度、现有支护强度、巷道破坏机理及类型进行分析,采用“锚架注”协作支护技术进行维修加固。经治理,九采区泵房未出现底鼓、片帮、巷道明显收敛等现象,满足正常排水需要,为后续深部采区的巷道支护提供了技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems such as obvious mine pressure behavior,large deformation amount of the roadway,difficulty in maintenance,inability to meet safety production needs and others in the deep mining area of Chensilou Coal Mine,an analysis is conducted on the roadway layer position,surrounding rock conditions,compressive strength,existing support strength,mechanism and types of roadway failure of the pump room in the ninth mining area.The "anchor rack injection" collaborative support technology is adopted for maintenance and reinforcement.After governance,the pump room in the ninth mining area does not show any phenomena such as heaving floor,wall caving,roadway obvious convergence or others,meeting the normal drainage needs and providing technical support for roadway support in the subsequent deep mining area.
