老空地井联合高效智能充填加固技术研究与应用

Research and Application on Joint Efficient and Intelligent Filling Reinforcement Technology for Old Goaf Underground Wells

  • 摘要: 针对华昱五家沟煤业15307工作面老空充填系统复杂、浆液配比不稳定、浆液配比控制困难等问题,优化设计了地井联合高效充填注浆系统方案。该方案包括在地面建立注浆站,施工地井注浆钻孔、取水钻孔,详细实施了老空区注浆管路铺设及密闭挡墙施工,为注浆作业提供了基础设施保障;通过智能配比和高效充填制浆技术,解决了浆液配比不稳定、浆液配比控制困难等问题,实现了一键开停控制充填注浆,显著提升了充填注浆的质量和效率。优化后的系统不仅保障了施工安全,还取得了显著的经济效益,为采掘工作面的安全生产提供了技术支撑,为整合矿井老空充填治理提供了技术借鉴,具有推广价值。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems of complex old goaf filling system,unstable slurry ratio,difficult control of slurry ratio and others in the 15307 working face of Huayu Wujiagou Coal Industry,an optimized design of a joint efficient filling and grouting system scheme for underground wells is proposed.This scheme includes establishing grouting stations on the ground,constructing grouting boreholes and water intaking boreholes in underground wells,detailed implementation of grouting pipeline laying and closed retaining wall construction in the old goaf is conducted to provide infra-structure guarantee for grouting operations;Through intelligent proportioning and efficient filling and pulping technology,the problems of unstable slurry ratio,difficult control of slurry ratio and so on are solved,filling and grouting with one click start stop control is achieved,significantly im-proving the quality and efficiency of filling and grouting.The optimized system not only ensures construction safety,but also achieves significant economic benefits,providing technical support for the safe production of mining and excavation working faces and technical reference for the integra-tion of mine old goaf filling governance,which has promotional value.
