构建煤矿班组安全风险管理体系研究

Research on Constructing a Safety Risk Management System for Coal Mine Teams

  • 摘要: 针对欢城煤矿生产过程中的高风险特性,以班组为基本单元,结合风险管理理论和PDCA循环管理方法,构建了煤矿班组安全风险管控体系。体系从8个维度(组织责任、标准流程、安全培训等)提出实施路径,并以“人、机、环、管”为主线明确实施步骤。通过教育培训、管理制度、协同联动等6个方面的改进措施,在实际应用中取得了显著效果,有效提升了煤矿生产的安全管理水平。该研究为类似煤矿的风险管控提供了理论和实践参考。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the high-risk characteristics in the production process of Huancheng Coal Mine,taking the team as the basic unit,a coal mine team safety risk management and control system is constructed combined with risk management theory and PDCA cycle management method.The system proposes an implementation path from 8 dimensions (organizational responsibility,standard process,safety training,etc.) and clarifies the implementation steps with "people,machine,environment,and management" as the main line.Through improvement measures from six aspects such as education and training,management system,collaborative linkage,and so on,significant effects are achieved in practical applications,effectively improving the safety management level of coal mine production.This study provides theoretical and practical references for risk management and control in similar coal mines.
