望云煤矿工作面采空区“三带”划分及防灭火技术

  • 摘要: 针对望云煤矿15#煤为Ⅱ级自燃煤层,综采工作面在回采过程中和回采结束后存在煤自燃的危险问题,通过测定15#煤样各项参数,确定煤在实验条件下的参数指标,现场实际测风验证工作面通风参数与漏风规律,通过数值模拟技术和O2指标气体浓度场模型模拟,圈定高温区域,测定出15106工作面采空区自燃“三带”具体范围,在原有防灭火措施基础上进一步确定具体的黄泥灌浆量和阻化剂喷洒量,保障15106综采工作面的正常回采,并为矿井今后防灭火工作提供技术支持和实际经验。

     

    Abstract: In response to the risk of spontaneous combustion of coal in the 15# coal seam of Wangyun Coal Mine,which is classified as a Class II spontaneous combustion coal seam,during and after the mining process in the fully mechanized mining face,various parameters of the 15# coal sample were measured to determine the parameter indicators of the coal under experimental conditions.The ventilation parameters and air leakage laws of the working face were verified by on-site actual wind measurement.Through numerical simulation technology and O2 index gas concentration field model simulation,the high-temperature area was delineated,and the specific range of the "three zones" of spontaneous combustion in the goaf of the 15106 working face was determined.Based on the original fire prevention and extinguishing measures,the specific amount of yellow mud grouting and inhibitor spraying were further determined to ensure the normal mining of the 15106 fully mechanized mining face,and provide technical support and practical experience for future fire prevention and extinguishing work in the mine.
