工作面切眼边刷边安一体化施工工艺研究与应用

Research and Application of Integrated Construction Technology for Brushing While Installing of Working Face Open-off Cuts

  • 摘要: 切眼设备安装过程中,常采用先扩刷再进行支架等设备安装的工艺流程,难以有效缓解采掘接替紧张难题。针对付村煤矿工作面切眼快速施工及设备安装问题,通过理论计算及现场实践研究方法,统筹切眼扩刷与设备安装关系,给出边刷边安切眼施工流程,提出边刷边安一体化施工工艺,研究得到切眼“主动永久支护+临时支护”的支护方案,对支护参数进行计算。现场试验可知,采用边刷边安一体化切眼施工工艺后,工作面提前完成支架安装工作,切眼顶底板及两帮移近量分别降低至44 mm、13 mm,支护效果显著。

     

    Abstract: During the installation process of open-off cut equipment,the process flow of first brush expanding and then installing the bracket and other equipment is often used,which is difficult to effectively alleviate the difficult problem of tense mining and excavation replacement.In response to the problems of rapid construction and equipment installation in working face open-off cuts of Fucun Coal Mine,through theoretical calculations and on-site practical research methods,the relationship between open-off cut brush expanding and equipment installation is coordinated.The open-off cut construction process of brushing while installing is proposed,and the integrated construction technology of brushing while installing is put forward.The support scheme of "active permanent support+temporary support" for open-off cuts is studied and obtained,and the support parameters are calculated.The on-site tests show that after adopting the integrated open-off cut construction technology of brushing while installing,the bracket installation work on working faces is completed in advance,the displacement amount of the roofs and floors of the open-off cuts and the two sides are reduced to 44 mm and 13 mm,respectively,with significant support effects.
