Abstract: On February 21, 2023, the No.2 of 2023 announcement of Ministry of Emergency Management, approving the release of the "General Technical Conditions for Personnel Positioning Systems in Coal Mine Downholes"（AQ1119-2023） standard, which will be implemented on August 20, 2023. In order to enable relevant enterprises and technical personnel to better grasp and understand the technical requirements and testing methods of personnel positioning systems in coal mine downholes, this article interprets the AQ1119-2023 standard, and mainly focuses on the differences in technical requirements and testing methods between "General Technical Conditions for Operatives Management Systems in Coal Mine Downholes"（ AQ 6210-2007）, "Management Scheme for Safety Signs of Personnel Positioning Systems in Coal Mine Downholes", "Safety Technical Requirements for Personnel Positioning Systems in Coal Mine Downholes", and "Inspection Scheme for Safety Signs of Personnel Positioning Systems in Coal Mine Downholes", as well as the experimental items that need to be supplemented for version change, which provides a reference for enterprises to apply for safety standard inspection in the future.
