高庄煤业主煤流运输智能管控系统的设计与应用

Design and Application of Intelligent Management and Control System for Main Coal Flow Transportation in Gaozhuang Coal Industry

  • 摘要: 针对高庄煤业主煤流运输系统因自动化水平低、数据孤岛、故障频发制约了生产效率和安全性问题,基于自动控制、智能传感、人工智能、物联网及数字孪生技术,设计实施了一套智能管控系统。系统采用“井下控制与地面集控相结合”架构,集成轨道巡检机器人、输送带纵向撕裂检测机器人、智能煤流调速系统和AI视频识别分析模块,通过数字孪生技术实现设备全景监控和集中管理。试验表明,该系统将输送效率提升约20%,能耗降低15%,设备寿命延长20%~30%,巡检工作量减少超过70%,故障率显著下降。系统通过智能调速优化输送机运行,动态匹配煤流量,提高能源利用效率,全面提升了煤矿主煤流运输系统的安全性和可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the issues that the production efficiency and safety are restricted due to low automation level,data silos,and frequent failures of the main coal flow transportation system in Gaozhuang Coal Industry,a set of intelligent management and control system is designed and implemented based on technologies of automatic control,intelligent sensing,artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,and digital twin.The system adopts a "combination of downhole control and ground centralized control" architecture,integrating track inspection robots,conveyor belt longitudinal tear detection Robot,intelligent coal flow speed regulation system,and AI video recognition analysis modules.Through digital twin technology,equipment panoramic monitoring and centralized management are achieved.Experiments have shown that the system can increase conveying efficiency by about 20%,reduce energy consumption by 15%,extend equipment lifespan by 20% to 30%,reduce inspection workload by over 70%,and significantly reduce failure rates.The system optimizes the operation of the conveyor through intelligent speed regulation,dynamically matches the coal flow rate,improves energy utilization efficiency,and comprehensively enhances the safety and reliability of the coal mine’s main coal flow transportation system.
