支撑式固体充填液压支架地质适应特性校核

Geological Adaptation Characteristics Verification of Supporting Type Solid Filling Hydraulic Support

  • 摘要: 针对小回沟煤矿首个综合机械化固体充填工作面因存在陷落柱和断层而导致的固体充填液压支架回采过程中面临俯采仰充和顶板破碎的问题,通过四柱式和六柱式结构形式对比、垮落带高度岩层重量法和6~8倍采高岩石重应力法评判、构建6种载荷形式演化载荷比、Creo软件仿真模拟等手段,在液压支架的结构形式、支护性能、承载特性、运动干涉特性和夯实特性方面对支架进行了地质适应特性校核。结果表明:选用的支撑式充填液压支架能够较好适应小回沟煤矿首个充填工作面的复杂地质条件。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problems such as downward mining upward filling,and roof broken faced by the solid filling hydraulic support during the stoping process of the first comprehensive mechanized solid filling working face due to the existence of collapse columns and faults in Xiaohuigou Coal Mine,the geological adaptation characteristics of the hydraulic support are verified in aspects of hydraulic support structural form,support performance,bearing characteristics,motion interference characteristics,and compaction characteristics by means of comparing the four column type and six column type structural forms,evaluating and judging the weight method for rock strata at the height of the collapse zone and 6-8 times heavy stress method for mining high rocks,constructing six types of load form evolution load ratios,and Creo software simulation,etc.The results indicate that the selected supporting type filling hydraulic support can better adapt to the complex geological conditions of the first filling working face in Xiaohuigou Coal Mine.
