5G技术下煤矿智能掘进系统的建设研究

Research on Construction of Intelligent Excavation System in Coal Mine Under 5G Technology

  • 摘要: 针对王家岭煤矿509工作面存在顶板稳定性差、掘进设备定位精度低、人工操作安全风险高等问题,基于5G技术进行了智能掘进系统建设研究,升级改造EBZ200悬臂式掘进机,融合惯导装置、全站仪和多向传感器,实现掘进机实时精准监测和自动截割;利用全站仪和惯导装置组合系统,构建精确设备导航和定位系统;通过5G网络,实现设备远程控制和实时数据传输。结果表明:掘进机能实现无人自动安全高效截割,定位精度显著提高,误差缩小至0.1 m,减少了作业人员实际操作时间,安全性提高约90%,辅助运输系统及动力保障系统智能化管理有效减少设备维护成本50%和操作人员劳动强度40%,安全经济效益显著。

     

    Abstract: In view of the existing problems of poor roof stability,low positioning accuracy of excavation equipment,high safety risk in manual operation and others in the 509 working face of Wangjialing Coal Mine,research is conducted on construction of intelligent excavation system based on 5G technology.The EBZ200 cantilever roadheader is upgraded and transformed,integrating inertial navigation device,total station,and multi-directional sensor to achieve real-time and accurate monitoring and automatic cutting of the roadheader;Using total station and inertial navigation device combination system to construct precise equipment navigation and positioning system;Through 5G network,remote control and real-time data transmission of devices can be achieved.The results show that the roadheader can achieve unmanned,automatic,safe and efficient cutting,significantly improve positioning accuracy,reduce errors to 0.1 m,reduce the actual operation time of operators,improve safety by about 90%.The intelligent management of auxiliary transportation system and power guarantee system effectively reduces equipment maintenance costs by 50% and operator labor intensity by 40%,resulting in significant safety and economic benefits.
