Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of prediction and forecasting of coal spontaneous combustion in Donggucheng Coal Mine,gas products and their characteristic laws during the spontaneous combustion of Donggucheng lignite are obtained through coal spontaneous combustion programmed temperature rise experiments under different oxygen concentrations.According to the experimental results,indicator gases and parameters of coal spontaneous combustion prediction and forecasting are proposed.The results show that when the oxygen concentration is constant,with the increase of temperature,the CO concentration basically exhibits exponential function increasing before 200 ℃,and the concentrations of CO
2 and CH
4 exhibit exponential function increasing as a whole.The concentration of C
2H
4 gas first increases rapidly,then slowly increases,and then rapidly increases again.The ratio change situations of the CO/CO
2 and C
2H
4/CH
4 are similar,both increasing first and then decreasing,with the inflection points of the curves corresponding to temperatures around 180 ℃.According to the experimental results,CO and C
2H
4 are selected as the single indicator gases for predicting the spontaneous combustion of lignite in Donggucheng Coal Mine.The CO early warning concentration is set to (30-70) × 10
-6,and the C
2H
4 early warning concentration is set to (1-1.6) × 10
-6.At the same time,the CO/CO
2 ratio and the C
2H
4/CH
4 ratio are used as auxiliary indicators for judging coal temperature.The research results can provide a certain basis for predicting and forecasting coal spontaneous combustion in Donggucheng Coal Mine.
