Design and Application of Intelligent Monitoring and Early Warning System for Mine Used Air Compressor

  • 摘要: 为有效提高矿用空压机运行可靠性,针对虎龙沟煤矿空压机站房监控方式自动化水平低下,监测数据实时性差、准确率低等问题,通过分布式无人值守监控方法,提出一种基于分布式监控及智能传感器网络的矿用空压机智能监控预警方案,并对相应软硬件系统进行设计。系统以PLC为核心监控单元,采用主从分布式系统架构,通过多种智能传感器建立融合监测网络,实现对多台空压机的运行状态的远程同步监测,可自动研判并预警各类空压机异常及故障信号,实现空压机组无人值守智能化监控。经实际测试,系统对空压机的监测数据实时性强、准确度高,故障诊断报警功能运行良好,有效确保煤矿空压机安全稳定运行,大大提升煤矿空压机组智能运行水平。

     

    Abstract: In order to effectively improve the operational reliability of mine used air compressors,aiming at the problems of low automation level,poor real-time monitoring data,low accuracy rate and others in the monitoring mode of the air compressor station building in Hulonggou Coal Mine,through distributed unmanned monitoring method,a mine used air compressor intelligent monitoring and early warning scheme based on distributed monitoring and intelligent sensor network is proposed,and the corresponding software and hardware systems are conducted to be designed.The system uses PLC as the core monitoring unit and adopts a master-slave distributed system architecture.A fusion monitoring network is established through multiple intelligent sensors to achieve remote synchronous monitoring of the operating status of multiple air compressors.It can automatically research and judge and warn of various abnormal and fault signals of air compressors,realizing unmanned intelligentization monitoring of air compressor units.Through actual testing,the system has strong real-time monitoring data and high accuracy for air compressors.The fault diagnosis and alarm functions run well,effectively ensuring the safe and stable operation of coal mine air compressors and greatly improving the intelligent operation level of coal mine air compressor units.
