Abstract:
The traditional cutting way used in Xinjing Coal Mine often requires secondary cutting to meet the forming requirements of large cross section roadways,reducing excavation efficiency and increasing construction difficulty and cost.In order to improve the automation level of large cross section coal roadway excavation operation,the focus is on the secondary autonomous cutting path planning and control strategy of cantilever type roadheader,and to explore more efficient and accurate automatic cutting control technology.Taking the 8309 return air roadway as the engineering background,FLAC
3D software is adopted to simulate the vertical displacement law of the roadway roof under different cutting paths.According to the actual situation,a reasonable cutting path is determined,and downhole industrial tests are conducted.The results show that the cutting path is highly consistent with the preset path,and the cutting error of the large cross section coal roadway is controlled within 1 m,significantly improving the cutting accuracy.The research results significantly improve excavation efficiency,reduce construction cost,and ensure construction safety,which is of great significance for promoting the modernization process of mining technology in coal mines.
