智能化技术在煤矿机电设备故障诊断中的应用

Application of Intelligentization Technology in Fault Diagnosis of Coal Mine Electromechanical Equipment

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿机电设备的高负荷运行常引发故障,对生产效率和安全性造成影响等问题,以山西晋煤集团坪上煤业的提升系统、液压系统和电气控制系统为研究对象,提出一种基于智能化技术的故障诊断系统,利用振动、温度、电流及压力传感器采集多维数据,通过物联网技术实现数据传输,并结合支持向量机(SVM)模型构建故障分类预测框架。研究结果显示,系统诊断准确率达到95%,设备故障率降低20%,停机时间减少25%,且可提前72 h进行预警,为设备管理提供了高效技术支持。研究表明,智能化故障诊断技术在提高煤矿设备运行安全性、减少维护成本方面具有显著成效,对煤矿智能化发展具有重要参考价值。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems that high-load operation of coal mine electromechanical equipment often causes faults,which affects production efficiency and safety and others.Taking the hoisting system,hydraulic system,and electrical control system of Pingshang Coal Industry in Shanxi Jinmei Group as the research objects,a fault diagnosis system based on intelligentization technology is proposed.Multi dimensional data is collected using vibration,temperature,current,and pressure sensors,and data transmission is achieved through Internet of Things technology.A fault classification and prediction framework is constructed by combining the support vector machine (SVM) model.The research results show that the system diagnosis accuracy rate reaches 95%,the equipment failure rate is reduced by 20%,the shutdown time is reduced by 25%,and early warning can be given 72 hours in advance,providing efficient technical support for equipment management.The research shows that intelligentization fault diagnosis technology has significant effects in aspects such as improving the safety of coal mine equipment operation and reducing maintenance costs,and has important reference value for the intelligentization development of coal mines.
