多孔凝胶的制备及发泡性能研究

Study on Preparation and Foaming Properties of Porous Gel

  • 摘要: 针对姚桥煤矿传统注胶材料黏附性差、成本高的问题,通过气流法筛选适合制备多孔凝胶的发泡剂、胶凝剂和交联剂等材料,研究各组分在不同配比、不同浓度下的多孔凝胶发泡特性(发泡高度),确定多孔凝胶的最佳配比,利用分子动力学方法揭示发泡剂在气液界面的微观作用机理。研究结果表明,发泡剂在一定的浓度范围内,溶液的发泡层高度与气体流入速度呈现线性关系,最大的发泡层高度与气体流入速度的比值为正比函数,且不同发泡剂在一定浓度范围内均能降低溶液的表面张力;添加电石渣后会对体系发泡高度产生负面影响,最终确定电石渣的添加量为5wt%,TETA添加量为10wt%,0.6wt%SDS+0.1wt% APG的复配发泡剂;PVA:(Gel+CMC)的添加量及配比为20:10(30wt%)。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of poor adhesion and high cost of traditional glue injection materials in Yaoqiao Coal Mine,the foaming agent,gelling agent,cross-linking agent and other materials suitable for the preparation of porous gel are screened by airflow method to study the foaming characteristics (foaming height) of porous gel under different proportions and concentrations of each component,determine the optimal proportion of porous gel,and reveal the micro action mechanism of foaming agent at the gas-liquid interface by molecular dynamic method.The research results show that within a certain concentration range of foaming agents,the height of the foaming layer in the solution is linearly related to the gas inflow velocity,and the ratio of the maximum foaming layer height to the gas inflow velocity is a proportional function.Different foaming agents can all reduce the surface tension of the solution within a certain concentration range;Adding carbide slag will have a negative impact on the foaming height of the system,and the final addition amount of carbide slag is determined to be 5wt%;A compound foaming agent with TETA addition amount of 10wt%,0.6wt% SDS+0.1wt% APG;The addition amount and ratio of PVA:(Gel+CMC) are 20:10 (30wt%).
