Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of poor adhesion and high cost of traditional glue injection materials in Yaoqiao Coal Mine,the foaming agent,gelling agent,cross-linking agent and other materials suitable for the preparation of porous gel are screened by airflow method to study the foaming characteristics (foaming height) of porous gel under different proportions and concentrations of each component,determine the optimal proportion of porous gel,and reveal the micro action mechanism of foaming agent at the gas-liquid interface by molecular dynamic method.The research results show that within a certain concentration range of foaming agents,the height of the foaming layer in the solution is linearly related to the gas inflow velocity,and the ratio of the maximum foaming layer height to the gas inflow velocity is a proportional function.Different foaming agents can all reduce the surface tension of the solution within a certain concentration range;Adding carbide slag will have a negative impact on the foaming height of the system,and the final addition amount of carbide slag is determined to be 5wt%;A compound foaming agent with TETA addition amount of 10wt%,0.6wt% SDS+0.1wt% APG;The addition amount and ratio of PVA:(Gel+CMC) are 20:10 (30wt%).
