复合湿润剂注水防治冲击地压研究与现场应用实践

Research and Field Application Practice of Composite Wetting Agent Water Injection to Prevent and Control Rock Burst

  • 摘要: 针对冲击地压矿井煤层注水单纯湿润剂的湿润能力无法满足开采防冲需求的现状,对多种螯合剂与表面活性剂的性能与复配进行研究,确定复合湿润剂配方的单体溶液为螯合剂IDS、表面活性剂JFCS,复合溶液的质量浓度为0.15%,对IDS+JFCS复合湿润剂进行现场防冲实践。煤体注复合湿润剂后,钻屑量有一定的降低且进钻更易;注水在有效湿润范围内可以对坚硬煤壁达到一定的卸压效果,且在添加过螯合型湿润剂后其有效湿润半径有所增加。煤层注水添加复合湿润剂能够有效降低煤体物理力学特性,为冲击地压防治与安全生产提供了科学依据。

     

    Abstract: In response to the current situation where the wetting ability of simple wetting agents for coal seam water injection in rock burst mines cannot meet the requirements of mining anti scouring,the performance and compounding of various chelating agents and surfactants are studied.The monomer solution of the composite wetting agent formula is determined to be chelating agent IDS and surfactant JFCS,and the mass concentration of the composite solution is 0.15%.The on-site anti scouring practice of IDS+JFCS composite wetting agent is carried out.After injecting the composite wetting agent into coal bodies,the amount of drilling debris is reduced to a certain extent and drilling is easier;Water injection can achieve a certain pressure relief effect on hard coal walls within the effective wetting range,and its effective wetting radius increases after adding chelating type wetting agents.Adding composite wetting agents to coal seam water injection can effectively reduce the physical and mechanical properties of coal bodies,providing a scientific basis for rock burst prevention and control and safe production.
