基于UWB与Wi-Fi 6的矿井人员定位与通信技术应用研究

  • 摘要: 为提升煤矿井下人员定位精度与通信能力,以潞安集团黑龙关煤业为场景,设计部署了融合UWB高精度定位与Wi-Fi 6高速通信的定位通信系统。系统集成矿用本安型无线基站、KJ787系列UWB读卡器与标识卡,构建厘米级轨迹追踪网络,结合GIS实现可视化管理。平台支持双频Wi-Fi通信、APP远程监管、视频联动预警与广播告警响应。测试结果表明,系统静态精度优于0.3 m,动态误差≤1 m,视频时延0.54 s,并发识别达200卡/s,盲区占比低于1.5%;系统通过EMC与防爆认证,MTBF≥8000 h,具备良好稳定性与工程可行性;经济分析显示,吨煤成本较传统方案下降31%,为井下智能化管理提供了可靠路径。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the positioning accuracy and communication capability of downhole personnel in coal mines, Taking Heilongguan Coal Industry of Lu'an Group as the scene, a positioning communication system integrating UWB high-precision positioning and Wi-Fi 6 high-speed communication is designed and deployed. The system integrates mine used intrinsically safe type wireless base stations, KJ787 series UWB card readers, and identification cards to construct a centimeter level trajectory tracking network, combined with GIS to achieve visual management. The platform supports dual band Wi-Fi communication, APP remote monitoring, video linkage early warning, and broadcast alarm response. The testing results show that the static accuracy of the system is better than 0.3 m, the dynamic error is≤1 m, the video delay is 0.54 s, the concurrent recognition reaches 200 cards/s, and the blind spot ratio is less than 1.5%; The system passes EMC and explosion-proof certification, with MTBF≥8000 h, and has good stability and engineering feasibility; The economic analysis indicates that the cost per ton of coal is decreased by 31% compared to the traditional scheme, providing a reliable path for the intelligentization management of downhole.
