Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of low efficiency of mesh laying and anchor rod installation in downhole roadways of Sima Mine,which seriously affects the efficiency of roadway excavation,a new anchor rod drill wagon is proposed.By designing a mesh grasping mechanism with electromagnets,automatic grasping of different mesh types is achieved;Realize multi angle anchor protecting operation through dual arm anchor protection mechanism;By adding compensation sleeves,the anchor protection mechanism can adapt to different roof conditions to ensure the stability of the support;The method of 3D modeling and simulation analysis is introduced to analyze the rationality of the design of the electromagnetic grasping network mechanism and the dual arm anchor protection mechanism,and the technical parameters of the electromagnetic grasping network of the anchor rod drill wagon and the work coordination between the various modules are determined.The practical application shows that this new type of anchor rod drill wagon can achieve automatic control operations while grasping network and anchor protecting,and can improve the roadway formation efficiency of downhole roadways by 12.4%.
