矿井辅助运输车辆智能无人运输系统的设计与应用

Design and Application of Intelligent Unmanned Transportation System for Mine Auxiliary Transportation Vehicles

  • 摘要: 针对金鸡滩煤矿辅助运输中存在的智能化水平低、交通拥堵、运输效率低、人工成本高及操作风险大、动态协同困难等问题,基于“智能协同、精准调度、安全高效”理论,设计一套矿井辅助运输车辆智能无人运输系统。系统集成智能调度管理、无人驾驶、V2X车路协同感知、远程监控与应急接管及辅助作业五大模块,采用多传感器融合、SLAM同步定位与建图、5G通信及大数据优化调度技术,解决井下任务动态调度、精准感知、路径规划及多车协同控制等问题。应用表明,系统应用后减少了工作人员数量,大幅度提高了辅助运输效率,降低了辅助运输事故发生率,经济安全效益显著。研究成果为智慧矿山建设提供了重要技术支撑,并为煤炭行业智能化转型提供了实践经验。

     

    Abstract: In view of the existing problems of low intelligentization level,traffic congestion,low transportation efficiency,high labor costs and manual operational risks,difficulty in dynamic coordination and others in the auxiliary transportation of Jinjitan Coal Mine,based on the theory of "intelligent coordination,precise scheduling,safety and efficient",a set of intelligent unmanned transportation system for mine auxiliary transportation vehicles is designed.The system integrates five modules such as intelligent scheduling management,unmanned driving,V2X vehicle road coordination perception,remote monitoring and emergency takeover,and auxiliary operation.Adopting technologies of multi-sensor fusion,SLAM synchronous positioning and mapping,5G communication,and big data optimization scheduling to solve problems such as dynamic scheduling,precise perception,path planning,multi vehicle coordination control and others of downhole tasks.The application shows that after application,the system reduces the number of working personnel,greatly improves the efficiency of auxiliary transportation,reduces the incidence of auxiliary transportation accidents,economic and safety benefits are significant.The research results provide important technical support for the construction of smart mines and provide practical experiences for the intelligentization transformation of coal industry.
