岳城煤矿重点岗位自动监控系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Automatic Monitoring System for Key Positions in Yuecheng Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 针对岳城煤矿井下排水、空压机等重点岗位及视频监控系统存在的依赖人工现场操作、缺乏必要数据监测、自动化程度低等问题,设计了重点岗位自动监控系统。在深入分析各系统问题的基础上,分别构建了自动化监控系统的架构,并结合生产工艺和控制要求设计了上位机软件。各系统通过OPC数据接口与矿井自动化平台对接,实现了数据监测、集中控制和远程控制,最终实现水泵房、空压机房等岗位的无人值守。在岳城煤矿的实际应用中,该系统展现了显著的有效性和可靠性,通过该系统,可实现减员66%以上,每年人工成本可减少72万元。此外,系统故障发现时间缩短至1 min以内,事故隐患发现率提升80%以上,提升了矿井运营效率,为煤矿机电系统的智能化改造提供了经验借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the existing problems of relying on manual on-site operation, lack of necessary data monitoring, low automation degree and others in key positions such as downhole water drainage system, air compressor system, video system and others in Yuecheng Coal Mine, an automatic monitoring system for key positions is designed. On the basis of in-depth analysis of problems of each system, the system architecture of the automation monitoring system is constructed separately, and the upper computer software is designed by combining production process and control requirements. Each system is connected to the mine automation platform through OPC data interface, achieving data monitoring, centralized control, and remote control, and finally achieving unattended operation of positions such as water pump room, air compressor room and so on. In the practical application of Yuecheng Coal Mine, this system shows significant effectiveness and reliability, through this system, more than 66% of personnel can be reduced, and the annual labor cost can be reduced by 720 000 yuan. In addition, the fault discovery time of the system is shortened to less than 1 minute, and the accident hidden danger discovery rate is increased by more than 80%, improving the mine operation efficiency and providing experience and reference for the intelligentization transformation of electromechanical system in coal mines.
