Abstract:
Aiming at the existing problems of relying on manual on-site operation, lack of necessary data monitoring, low automation degree and others in key positions such as downhole water drainage system, air compressor system, video system and others in Yuecheng Coal Mine, an automatic monitoring system for key positions is designed. On the basis of in-depth analysis of problems of each system, the system architecture of the automation monitoring system is constructed separately, and the upper computer software is designed by combining production process and control requirements. Each system is connected to the mine automation platform through OPC data interface, achieving data monitoring, centralized control, and remote control, and finally achieving unattended operation of positions such as water pump room, air compressor room and so on. In the practical application of Yuecheng Coal Mine, this system shows significant effectiveness and reliability, through this system, more than 66% of personnel can be reduced, and the annual labor cost can be reduced by 720 000 yuan. In addition, the fault discovery time of the system is shortened to less than 1 minute, and the accident hidden danger discovery rate is increased by more than 80%, improving the mine operation efficiency and providing experience and reference for the intelligentization transformation of electromechanical system in coal mines.
