Abstract:
To address the design efficiency and quality issues of coal preparation equipment,a set of parametric design system for coal preparation equipment is constructed based on the SolidWorks secondary development platform.This system adopts C/S architecture,which includes core modules such as parameter input,feature extraction,model generation,finite element analysis and others.It achieves feature recognition through an improved convolutional neural network algorithm,optimizes the screen box structure using genetic algorithm,and introduces functionally gradient materials to improve performance.Taking the ZK1548 linear vibrating screen as an example,the system achieves rapid parametric modeling.Through optimization design,the maximum stress of the excitation axis is reduced to 44.64 MPa,and the maximum displacement of the screen box is reduced to 0.9 mm,resulting in a 10% reduction in volume.
