Unmanned Monitoring Technology for Gold Mine Pipelines

  • 摘要: 针对排山楼金矿排水管道人工巡检监测力度不足、缺乏有效分析能力等问题,通过管道监测技术的方法,提出了移动巡检机器人管道智能监测技术,取得以先进机器人替代传统的人力巡检和固定的监测点的成果,通过集成图像视频技术,达成对管道内部状况的实时、全方位监控的目标,有效提升监测的及时性和准确性;机器人搭载了多种环境监测传感器,包括图像、压力、气体监测传感器,能够全面收集管道内部环境数据,确保监测数据的全面性和准确性。测试结果显示,机器人图像捕捉清晰度高,识别精准,环境数据收集全面且准确,整体系统运行稳定可靠,显著提升了管道监测的效率和质量,为排山楼金矿排水管道的安全运行提供了强有力的技术保障。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems of insufficient manual inspection and monitoring efforts,lack of effective analysis capabilities and others in the drainage pipelines of Paishanlou Gold Mine,a mobile inspection robot pipeline intelligent monitoring technology is proposed through the method of pipeline monitoring technology,which achieves the results of replacing traditional manual inspection and fixed monitoring points with advanced robots.Through integrated image and video technology,the goal of real-time and all-round monitoring of the internal conditions of pipelines is achieved,effectively improving the timeliness and accuracy of monitoring;The robot is equipped with various environmental monitoring sensors,including image,pressure,and gas monitoring sensors,which can comprehensively collect internal environmental data of pipelines,ensuring the comprehensiveness and accuracy of monitoring data.The test results show that the robot has high image capture clarity,accurate recognition,comprehensive and accurate environmental data collection,stable and reliable overall system operation,significantly improving the efficiency and quality of pipeline monitoring,and providing strong technical guarantee for the safe operation of the drainage pipelines in Paishanlou Gold Mine.
