  • 摘要: 为应对彭庄煤矿资源濒临枯竭及矿区范围内压煤资源问题,彭庄煤矿最新引入了井下充填开采技术。针对行业内充填系统存在的诸多辅助环节问题,如充填结束后冲管时间过长、称量系统误差较大、部分子系统自动化程度低、破碎系统粉尘治理效果不理想、电力及人力资源浪费等问题,彭庄煤矿采取了多项新技术和系统联动机制,包括虹吸效应转化和基于历史数据的自适应学习称重算法,成功实现了高效充填、降本增效、节能环保,并有效保障了生产安全,取得了显著的社会、经济和环保效益。根据2024年7月至2025年6月的生产数据,冲管时间缩短了84%,称量误差降至2%以内。

     

    Abstract: In order to address the problems of resources imminent depletion and coal resources under pressure within the range of mining area in Pengzhuang Coal Mine, Pengzhuang Coal Mine has recently introduced downhole filling mining technology. Aiming at the existing various problems of auxiliary links in the filling system within the industry, such as long flushing time after the end of filling, relatively large error in weighing system, low automation level of some subsystems, unsatisfactory dust governance effect of the crushing system, waste of electricity and human resources, etc, Pengzhuang Coal Mine adopts multiple new technologies and system linkage mechanisms, including siphon effect conversion and adaptive learning weighing algorithm based on historical data, efficient filling, cost reduction and efficiency improvement, energy conservation and environmental protection are successfully achieved, and production safety is effectively ensured, obtaining significant benefits in society, economy and environmental protection. According to the production data from July 2024 to June 2025, the flushing time is shortened by 84% and the weighing error is reduced to 2%.
