Abstract:
In response to the conditions of potholes and harsh working conditions in the transportation roadways of coal mine shafts, an explosion-proof diesel engine-powered tracked asphalt concrete paver has been developed. The entire vehicle is powered by an explosion-proof diesel engine, and its intake, exhaust, and electrical systems all adopt explosion-proof structures, allowing it to operate safely in the coal mine gas environment. It is equipped with a fully hydraulic independent drive system, a folding hopper, and an extendable screed. Tests have shown that this equipment is compact and efficient, enhancing the efficiency of paving operations in coal mine shafts. The explosion-proof diesel engine-powered tracked asphalt concrete paver is the first to combine an explosion-proof diesel engine with fully hydraulic independent drive technology, successfully solving the challenges of explosion protection and power coordination in asphalt paving in coal mine gas environments. These challenges include power matching in narrow underground spaces, the contradiction between explosion protection and paving heat dissipation, as well as the coordinated processing of the paver's explosion-proof power system and hydraulic system.
