煤矿焊接机器人系统的设计与实施策略研究

Research on the Design and Implementation Strategy of Coal Mine Welding Robot System

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿焊接作业中存在的安全隐患和效率低下等问题,提出了一种煤矿焊接机器人系统的设计与实施方案,通过对煤矿焊接作业环境和需求进行分析,确定焊接机器人系统的功能和性能要求,机器人本体设计、焊接工艺与设备、感知与导航技术等是煤矿焊接机器人系统设计的关键技术;针对安全性、自动化控制、灵活性与适应性以及远程监控与管理等方面进行了详细设计,在实施策略方面,提出系统硬件采购与配置、软件开发与调试、系统集成与调试以及运行与性能评估等具体步骤。煤矿焊接机器人系统在提高焊接质量和效率、降低人力成本和安全风险等方面存在潜在价值。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problems of safety hidden dangers,low efficiency and so on in coal mine welding operations,a design and implementation scheme of coal mine welding robot system is proposed.By analyzing the environment and requirements of coal mine welding operations,the functional and performance requirements of the welding robot system are determined.The key technologies for the design of coal mine welding robot system include robot body design,welding process and equipment,perception and navigation technology,etc;Detailed design is carried out aiming at aspects such as security,automation control,flexibility and adaptability,as well as remote monitoring and management,etc.In terms of implementation strategy,specific steps are proposed for system hardware procurement and configuration,software development and debugging,system integration and debugging,as well as operation and performance evaluation,etc.The coal mine welding robot system has potential value in improving welding quality and efficiency,reducing labor costs and safety risks.
