Abstract:
In view of the problems of safety hidden dangers,low efficiency and so on in coal mine welding operations,a design and implementation scheme of coal mine welding robot system is proposed.By analyzing the environment and requirements of coal mine welding operations,the functional and performance requirements of the welding robot system are determined.The key technologies for the design of coal mine welding robot system include robot body design,welding process and equipment,perception and navigation technology,etc;Detailed design is carried out aiming at aspects such as security,automation control,flexibility and adaptability,as well as remote monitoring and management,etc.In terms of implementation strategy,specific steps are proposed for system hardware procurement and configuration,software development and debugging,system integration and debugging,as well as operation and performance evaluation,etc.The coal mine welding robot system has potential value in improving welding quality and efficiency,reducing labor costs and safety risks.
