新集二矿岩巷掘进工作面快速掘进工艺研究

Research on Rapid Excavation Process of Rock Roadway Excavation Working Face in Xinji No.2 Mine

  • 摘要: 针对新集二矿08工作面风巷掘进过程中存在的煤柱稳定性差、掘进效率低、支护强度不足等问题,基于渗流力学和断裂力学理论,提出了综合解决方案,设计了水泥-水玻璃双液浆预加固系统,建立了煤柱-围岩耦合支护模型;对掘进系统进行改造升级,采用XCMG-H85硬岩截割齿配套KCS-35强制内冷系统,提升设备性能;基于围岩变形特征,构建了“临时支护-锚网支护-喷混”三步支护工艺。经过3个月的现场实践,煤柱变形速率从1.2 mm/d降至0.3 mm/d,掘进机截齿寿命从32 h延长至125 h,单循环作业时间从185 min缩短至135 min,月进尺提升至305 m,单米掘进成本降低2850元。结果表明,技术体系有效解决了掘进过程中存在的问题,实现了安全、高效、快速掘进,为类似条件下的巷道掘进提供了技术参考和工程示范。

     

    Abstract: In view of the existing problems of poor coal pillar stability,low excavation efficiency,insufficient support strength and others during the 08 working face wind roadway excavation process in Xinji No.2 Mine,based on the theories of seepage mechanics and fracture mechanics,a comprehensive solution is proposed.A cement-water glass double liquid slurry pre-reinforcement system is designed,and a coal pillar-surrounding rock coupling support model is constructed;Renovation and upgrading are conducted on the excavation system,Equipment performance is improved by adopting XCMG-H85 hard rock cutting pick paired with KCS-35 forced internal cooling system;Based on the surrounding rock deformation characteristics,a three-step support process of "temporary support-anchor mesh support-spray mixing" is constructed.Through 3 months of on-site practice,the deformation rate of the coal pillar is reduced from 1.2 mm/d to 0.3 mm/d,the cutting pick life of the roadheader is extended from 32 h to 125 h,the single cycle operation time is shortened from 185 min to 135 min,the monthly footage is improved to 305 m,and the single meter excavation cost is reduced by 2850 yuan.The results show that this technical system effectively solves the existing problems in the excavation process,achieves safe,efficient,and rapid excavation,and provides technical reference and engineering demonstration for roadway excavation under similar conditions.
