智能化综采工作面装备选型及关键技术的研究应用

Research and Application of Equipment Type Selection and Key Technologies for Intelligent Fully Mechanized Mining Face

  • 摘要: 为推进矿井智能化发展,提高矿井生产效率及管理能力,以车集煤矿为研究对象进行智能化综采工作面的研究,取得了显著成效。研究结合工作面实际情况,对智能工作面主要设备选型配套进行设计分析,提出了MG500/1130-MD3型采煤机+ZY6800-16/35D型液压支架+SGZ800/2×700型刮板输送机的设备方案,并就三维透明地质建模、设备边缘感知和GIS智能管控平台等智能工作面建设的关键技术进行分析,有效解决矿井地质情况不明、人机协同困难的问题,原煤日工效提升365%,大幅度提高工作面生产效率。该项研究应用提升了矿井自身的生产效率和智能水平,为其他矿井开展智能化工作提供借鉴和参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to promote the intelligent development of mines,improve production efficiency and management capabilities of mines,research on intelligent fully mechanized mining faces is conducted with Cheji Coal Mine as the research object,and significant results are achieved.The research combines with the actual situation of the working face,a design analysis is conducted on the type selection and matching of the main equipment for the intelligent working face.The equipment scheme of MG500/1130-MD3 type coal mining machine+ZY6800-16/35D type hydraulic bracket+SGZ800/2 × 700 type scraper conveyor is proposed.The key technologies for the construction of intelligent working face,such as 3D transparent geological modeling,equipment edge perception,GIS intelligent management and control platform and others,are analyzed to effectively solve the problems of unclear geological conditions and difficult human-machine cooperation in mines.The daily working efficiency of raw coal is improved by 365%,significantly improving the production efficiency of the working face.This item of research and application improvs the production efficiency and intelligent level of the mine itself,providing reference and guidance for other mines to carry out intelligent work.
