Abstract:
Aiming at the issue of rapid excavation efficiency in Huangling Coal Mine, from the main controlling factors such as geological conditions and disasters, operating environment, and construction processes, etc, the evaluation of Huangling Coal Mine is conducted, and an intelligent rapid excavation technique for Huangling Coal Mine is proposed. The results show that the rapid excavation of coal mines is greatly affected by multiple construction processes, with anchor rod (cable) support being the most complex and taking up the longest roadway formation time, exceeding 59%.The proposed rapid excavation support and excavation construction technique for the 632 air intake crossheading of Huangling Coal Mine based on the main controlling factors are well applied. The 632 air intake croeeheading adopts an intelligent navigation system to adaptively transform the anchor rod reprinting machine unit. The front of the anchor transport machine is transformed into four ordinary drilling frames arranged horizontally and connected by sliding rails. The drilling frames can adjust the support position by sliding on the sliding rails, which can meet the requirement of anchor cable lag distance.Through engineering practice, the labor intensity of personnel operations is reduced, safety risks are lowered, and it has certain guiding significance for the application of rapid excavation equipment in mines with complex geological conditions.
