Abstract
In view of the problems of high gas emission quantity, difficult dust governance, complex ventilation network and others faced by Mudanba Coal Mine, based on the theory of split ventilation, a corner gas governance system of "U-shaped ventilation+negative pressure injection" is constructed by adopting multi-wellhead collaborative network optimization and regional removing outburst-three-dimensional extraction collaborative technology; Through the three-level gradient resistance control strategy, the system maintains an equivalent orifice of 3.34 m2, a ventilation-extraction linkage control model is established. After implementation, the absolute gas emission quantity is decreased from 12.8 m3/min to 4.3 m3/min, and the emergency response time is shortened from 8.2 min to 3.2 min. The research results provide a technical paradigm of "dynamic prevention and control-intelligent linkage" for optimizing ventilation systems in high gas mines.
