Application Analysis of Filling Mining Technology in Coal Mining

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of severe stoping disturbance, uncontrollable surface subsidence and others in inclined coal seams, based on the geological and surrounding rock characteristics of the C1301 working face, a collaborative filling system integrating paste filling, pulping transportation, and automatic regulation and control is constructed. According to the actual measurement, the maximum surface subsidence under the unfilled condition is 368.7 mm, the surface subsidence under the paste filling condition is 145.6 mm, and the surface subsidence under the joint filling condition is 92.3 mm. By optimizing the dosage of cementing agent (8%) and aggregate grading (7∶3), the rheological and compressive resistance performance of the slurry are improved; Graded pressurized transportation and multi-source monitoring are adopted to achieve compactness control, the actual measured filling rate of the C1301 working face in Yangcheng Coal Mine exceeds 90%; A pressure-slurry surface linkage regulation and control model is introduced, PLC closed-loop control and remote human-machine interface are embedded to ensure continuous operation and intelligent response of the system. The research results provide a replicable technical path for coal mine filling mining under complex geological conditions.
