Application on Technology of Flexible Film Concrete Roadway Side Support Roadway Retaining Along Goaf in Ningtiaota Coal Mine

Abstract
In view of the problem of large roadway deformation and low reuse rate caused by the traditional roadway side support (wooden stack/gangue stack) not tightly connected to the roof in Ningtiaota Mine, a type of flexible film concrete support technology based on hoop reinforcement flexible template is proposed to improve the surrounding rock stability and construction efficiency of the roadway retaining along goaf. Taking the N1120 working face of Ningtiaota Mine as the engineering background, a combination method of theoretical calculation and on-site actual measurement is adopted to deeply analyze the stability of the surrounding rock structure of the roadway retaining along goaf, and a three-level surrounding rock control scheme of "roadway side filling-reinforcement-strengthening" is proposed. By designing the support wall width of the concrete roadway side, the implementation of the adhesive transportation channel and roadway retaining is successfully ensured. During the reuse period after roadway retaining, the surrounding rock deformation is effectively controlled (the maximum deformation of the coal wall side is 89 mm, the maximum deformation of the concrete wall is 138 mm, and it tends to stabilize after a lag of 200 m), providing valuable reference for the application of flexible film support roadway retaining along goaf technology in other shallow buried coal seam mines.
