Research and Application on Digital Twin Based on Mine Multi-source Data Fusion

  • In order to improve the downhole mining operation environment, optimize the operation process, and create a benchmark for safe and intelligent mines, digital twin technology is studied and introduced by Hubei Shanshuya Mining Industry Co., Ltd., a holographic twin 3D system for the whole mine is constructed. This technology integrates multi-source data to achieve automatic update and precise presentation of key information such as downhole 3D model reserves, geology, mine bodies and roadways, etc, it displays the mine layout and operation environment through a single map, and provides real-time feedback on geological changes and mining processes. The practical application shows that this technology significantly improves mining efficiency, effectively conducts safety risks monitoring and early warning, promotes efficient resource utilization and environmental protection, and becoming a key factor in the intelligent transformation of mining industry. This study not only explores the innovative application of digital twin technology in the mining field, but also provides a new path for achieving sustainable development and digital transformation, exhibiting important value.
