Research on Adaptive Transformation of Mathematical Ideas in On-site Calculation of Mine Surveying

  • Aiming at the pain points of complex on-site calculation and tedious data processing in the derrick deformation observation of mines, a dimensionality reduction calculation model based on adaptive transformation of mathematical ideas is proposed. The core innovation lies in establishing a unified independent coordinate system for the mining area, which transforms the whole traditional 3D spatial vector analysis into standardized 2D plane coordinate calculation, greatly simplifying the calculation processes. Through 24 comparative experiments over 6 months conducted in Shunhe Coal Mine of Yongmei Group, it is verified that the on-site calculation time for a single observation is shortened from 120 min to 15 min, with an efficiency improvement of 87.5%; The calculation accuracy of deformation amount is improved from ± 2.5 mm to ± 1.2 mm, with an accuracy improvement of 52%. This model achieves a dual breakthrough of "high precision+high efficiency" through mathematical dimensionality reduction, providing a scientific and standardized technical scheme for the safety monitoring of mine derricks that has been verified through practice, and effectively breaking through the efficiency and accuracy bottlenecks of the traditional method.
