Research on the Capacity Building of Mine Rescue Teams

In response to the situations such as weak emergency rescue capabilities,low levels and others of mine accidents,based on field research in provinces and cities such as Suzhou in Anhui Province,Xiangyang in Hubei Province,Sanmenxia in Henan Province,Handan in Hebei Province and so on,the author conducts written research in other regions,basically grasps the current situation of mine rescue teams and rescue equipment.The prominent problems of unsmooth mine rescue team’s system and mechanism,weak technical equipment,insufficient professional talents,insufficient funding and equipment,weak professional teams,lagging skill training,and lack of practical ability,etc,are analyzed in depth.In combination with the demand for mine intelligent construction under the new era background,advice and suggestions are put forward from aspects such as further improving the mine rescue system and mechanism,establishing emergency concepts,strengthening equipment allocation,solving technical equipment difficult problems,enhancing the comprehensive quality of commanders and soldiers,strengthening the construction of non coal mine rescue teams,accelerating the formulation and revision of laws and policies,strengthening emergency drills and rescue culture construction and others.
