Research on Predicting the Operating Status of Coal Mine Electromechanical Equipment Under Data Mining

Abstract
The management mode of coal mine electromechanical equipment based on big data technology ensures the safety and stability of coal mining to a large extent.Adhering to the basic principles of typicality,measurability,and rationality,key components such as hydraulic parts,cutting parts,traction parts,frequency conversion parts and so on are selected,and a total of 10 key equipment operating status evaluation indicators are divided.The operation data of the coal mining machine is deeply excavated,and the coal mining machine status is divided into four levels.ARIMA prediction model and BP neural network model are used to predict the operation status of the coal mining machine.The experimental results show that this prediction method has strong feasibility and can make small-scale predictions on the health status of coal mine electromechanical equipment,fully meeting the operational management needs of coal mine electromechanical equipment.It has reference value for the construction of smart coal mines and coal mine automation systems.
