Research and Application of Transparent Geological Model Construction for Working Face Based on Geological Geophysical Data

  • In order to construct a high precision 3D geological model of the 18501 working face in Malan Mine,a multi-source data fusion and 3D geological attribute modeling method is adopted.Firstly,the existing geological data of the working face is digitized and a basic database is established;an initial model is established using a modeling method based on contour lines of the coal seam floor and coal seam thickness;high resolution exploration is carried out,integrate geological,geophysical,drilling hole data,drilling information and other multi-source data,the geological structure within the working face is controlled;by using the method of 3D geological attribute modeling,fine modeling of faults is conducted,with discrete sampling point data interpolation and 3D spatial gridding to achieve 3D reconstruction of the geological structure in the working face.Through research and application,it is showed that the modeling method based on the contour lines of the coal seam floor and the coal seam thickness can accurately express the undulating form of the working face coal seam,with an error accuracy controlled within±0.25 m;according to the energy attenuation coefficient of the trough wave greater than 6.2 and the relative attenuation coefficient of the multi-frequency electromagnetic wave greater than 0.33,effectively control faults with a drop greater than 1 m and collapse columns with a major axis greater than 10 m within the working face;by integrating different sources,attributes,geophysical methods,and nominal scale data,a precise characterization of the internal geological structure of the working face is achieved,and a high precision 3D geological model of the 18501 working face is constructed.
