Design and Application of Dual Coal Feeder Coal Bunker in Yicheng Coal Industry

  • Aiming at the bunker blockage in the coal bunker of Yicheng Coal Industry,the problem of bunker blockage is considered in the design of the coal bunker.By designing the coal bunker as two coal discharge ports and two coal feeders,coal is discharged from two coal discharge ports of coal separator inner the coal bunker separately.When one of the coal discharge ports is blocked,the other coal feeder is opened for coal discharge,which can naturally clear the blocked coal discharge port and the operation is simple,and the new coal bunker in the mine is well used after construction,solves the problem of bunker blockage in the coal bunker at the single coal discharge port from the source,which requires blasting to clear the blockage.
